Shipping destinations

Meme Wardrobe ships within Germany and to international destinations where a shipping option is available at checkout. If checkout does not show a shipping option for your address, we cannot currently deliver to that destination.

Shipping options and charges

Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. In Germany, checkout offers Standard and Express shipping, and eligible orders may show a free Standard option. International services and charges vary by destination and order. The service, price, and any eligibility conditions shown at checkout apply to your order.

Processing and delivery estimates

We begin preparing paid orders after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Tracking availability depends on the selected shipping service. When tracking is supplied by the fulfillment partner or carrier, it is included with the shipment information sent to the email address used for your order.

International duties and taxes

International orders can be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. Any amounts shown at checkout are collected there. Unless checkout states otherwise, charges imposed after checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started. If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears lost, email us with your order number and relevant details. Refund and return requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
